Professional Qualifications

Dr. Hajji Ibrahim Matovu rose from a Grade Two teacher to a Ph.D. holder. After PLE Matovu enrolled for a Grade 2 teachers Certificate at Kibuli Primary Teachers College in 1976-1979.  Part of his legacy is anchored on encouraging teachers to upgrade their education level so that they are highly competitive in the job market.
